What We Do

Every child needs to experience the power of the arts!

Young Audiences (YA) served students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12, their teachers, and their families to provide the best in arts education for our children.

YA works in partnership with schools to provide in-school arts programs centered around arts learning activities for students. We bring arts experiences to by professional teaching artists directly to students. By doing so, we eliminate barriers to participation and make the arts accessible to students of every socioeconomic background, geographic area, and ability.

We offer the highest quality assembly performances, workshops, artist-in-residence programs, after-school programs, and professional development for educators. All programs meet school-defined needs and are consistent with the state Core Curriculum Content Standards in the Arts, National Core Arts Standards and 21st Century Skills.
