Win in STEM intends to advance the education and career of underrepresented groups in the fields of STEM. Its' mission is to provide the support, mentorship, and opportunities for underrepresented groups. To ensure that the number of minorities in STEM continues to rise, we must prepare the upcoming generation with skills, experience, and confidence. STEM Connect offers a new way to facilitate powerful mentorship relationships through an innovative, interactive online platform that connects experience professionals with STEM students to provide coaching, feedback, developmental experiences, and career exposure.
