Mission

Waterbury Arc is a non-profit agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental and /or intellectual disabilities through day programs and particularly work programs. We have mobile work crews who do landscape maintenance, building cleaning, manufacturing enclave employment, and minor office supplemental tasks such as sorting, folding, shredding etc. We are trying to expand our work programs to allow our individuals to earn more money and actually be productive more hours in the day.
