VOCEL's mission is to redefine early education, child by child by ensuring each child has the communication, interpersonal and executive function skills to succeed.

What We Do

VOCEL: Viewing our Children as Emerging Leaders is a non-profit, community-based organization providing full-day, year-round care and education for children age 3 to 5 along with integral individualized supports for their families.
