Mission

VIPHC's goal is to improve access to health care for low income, uninsured, underinsured Virgin Islands families experiencing a high risk pregnancy or diagnosed with diabetes and/or hypertension. By reducing the incidence of pre-term births and low birth weight babies, VIPHC will expand and improve access to services with the goal of reducing or eliminating barriers to early prenatal care.
