URBAN DREAM CHASERS, INC is a 501c3, non-profit organization whose purpose is to help youth reach leadership potential through self-empowering principals; working with their families; providing counseling through hardships and trauma; tutoring in academics and mentoring through role-modeling in order to create change makers for tomorrow.
