Mission

Our VISION is to promote higher education, offer creative recreational programs, and encourage grassroots social reform through female empowerment in communities worldwide.

UIP is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt global non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the lives of girls and women. UIP continues to create innovative programs that will offer solutions designed to sustain a peaceful global society.

What We Do

G.R.A.C.E.
Girls Reform through Artistic Creative Empowerment is a global traveling leadership summit for teenage girls. G.R.A.C.E. is UIP’s premier program, which encompasses the essence of our purpose, passion, and call for action. It is a multi-tiered program instilling self-confidence through team-building, experiential learning, creative expression and responsible civic involvement. G.R.A.C.E. programs focus on service leadership, equality & human rights education. G.R.A.C.E. envisions positive global transformation through local empowerment by creating a network of young women who strive to become active exemplary citizens in their community, nation, and world.

Goals & Objectives:
• To give girls self-initiated experiential service learning opportunities
• To make hands-on critical changes in their local communities
• To understand parallel issues facing girls & women on a global scale
• To create an abstract personal life mission statement to guide future decisions
• To experience the power of collaboration & working together for a common purpose
• To leave girls inspired and motivated to be globally responsible world citizens

Since 2008, 23 G.R.A.C.E. programs were completed in 15 countries, empowering over 600 girls in marginalized communities.
