Ujamaa's program has five Ultimate Outcomes: Stable Housing; Increased Educational Attainment; Securing/Retaining Employment; Connection with Family; and Eliminating Contact with Criminal Justice Systems. Program elements: academic and employment skills development, and life skills development (from fulfilling basic needs to establishing a stable home, cultivating life skills to [re] establishing community connections) and behavioral health.
