Mission

Tubman's mission is to advance opportunities for change so that every person can experience safety, hope, and healing.

On average, Tubman helps about 20,000 people each year of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds who are facing relationship violence, sexual assault, exploitation, homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, or other forms of trauma.

What We Do

We provide safety planning and crisis intervention through a 24-hour/7 day-a-week resource phone line; safe shelter and housing; legal services; mental and chemical health services; youth programs, and a wide range of wraparound support to help people sustain changes in their lives.
