TODO connects people to the planet through science, art, technology, and adventures sports.

What We Do

TODO launched the first kayak-based citizen-science project on the Chicago River in 2017, in collaboration with a local adventure outfitter and university researchers. The goal is to determine what garbage is in the water, where it's coming from, and how to prevent it from getting there in the first place.

Currently, TODO is growing in number and expanding the project so that more folks can engage in direct action to revive our treasured (and troubled) waterway.
