Mission

Create Long Term Affordable housing in the Charlottesville, Virginia region. Our model of holding the land in trust brings the home purchase price down to be affordable to families earning 80% of area median income or less. We build our houses as infill activity, to complement an existing neighborhood and reduce pressures from gentrification. By bringing home ownership to working families, they are able to build equity in their homes and share their wealth to the next generation.
