Mission

The SCLA engages and enriches Angelenos from all walks of life with excellent, accessible Shakespeare-inspired plays and programs that support personal growth, professional development and social change, and that place special emphasis on offering immersive arts-employment experiences that empower underserved youth and unemployed veterans in unique and unexpected ways.
