We help young adults in crisis develop the self-awareness and emotional mastery needed to support personal resilience and self-sufficiency.

What We Do

The Lightening Alliance provides developmental programming for young adults in crisis. We partner with residential agencies that provide for the physical needs so that we can focus on the mental, emotional and spiritual needs. Our group workshops include a high nutrition meal, relationship building, and a discussion topic such as success principles, healthy relationships, health and nutrition, and personal finance. Our professional life coaching services help clients apply thinking tools and techniques to build self-awareness, emotional mastery and confidence. Whether coming out of foster care, fleeing domestic violence or otherwise needing assistance, our clients enjoy exploring the possibilities for their life in a non-judgmental environment.
