The Family Dinner Project (TFDP) is a growing movement that champions family dinner as an opportunity for family members to connect with each other through food, fun, and conversation about things that matter. TFDP is based on decades of scientific research that links regular family meals with physical, mental health, and academic benefits. With on-line resources and community-based tools, TFDP aims to create authentic and meaningful engagement and bonding.
