Our mission is to connect communities with good food from sustainable family farms. We strive to improve food security, farm viability, and community and ecological health.

What We Do

The Common Market is a nonprofit regional food distributor currently operating in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Texas, and the Great Lakes region. We source food directly from a network of family farms that share our commitment to sustainability and transparency.

We partner with a wide variety of wholesale and retail customers and institutions to help increase access to sustainable farm foods grown in our region.
