Mission

The 11th Hour Project is the grant-making arm of The Schmidt Family Foundation. Through our three program areas, Energy, Food & Agriculture, and Human Rights, we fund the urgent work of protecting our human rights, health, and environment so that all people can thrive with dignity. We accomplish this by supporting a shift from extractive to regenerative and community-centered economies.
