Mission

The mission of SpArc Services is to support people with disabilities with services that encourage inclusion, independence, and personal achievement. Cultural Arts is a program within SpArc Services with the mission of fostering creativity, self-confidence, and community connections for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) through classes in the visual and performing arts, outings to cultural venues, and opportunities with other arts-based organizations.
