Our mission is to advance children's literacy skills using an engaging curriculum, dedicated volunteers, and certified dogs.

What We Do

Since 2003, we've been bringing human and Certified Reading Assistance Dog volunteers into the classroom, during the school day, to help K-3 students in under-resourced Chicago Public Schools increase their literacy skills and develop a life-long love of reading and writing!
