Science& supports the professional development of STEM trainees and professionals from historically excluded groups. We believe that the next big breakthroughs will come from diverse and authentic voices. We empower those voices with essential but untaught skills for communication and persistence. Our approach is unique: we translate skills from the visual, written, and performance arts to the practical needs of scientists. By embracing the art in science, we aim to retain and advance more underrepresented scientists in discovery research and leadership positions.
