Mission

Sadie Nash Leadership Project (SNLP) seeks to equip and empower young women and gender-expansive youth of color to be agents of change in their lives and the world. Operating at the intersections of love and rigor, we use the methodology of popular education to build community, critical consciousness, and college and career readiness for over 550 young women and gender-expansive youth of color, ages 11 to 22, in New York City and Newark each year.
