Mission

RSL (501c3) is a nonprofit stewardship dedicated to restoring and preserving two National Register lighthouses, in Lower New York Harbor (Romer Shoal Light and West Bank Light), by promoting their unique location, as a open-source platforms for environmental research, historical immersion and safe harbor.
