1. Develop a highly prestigious platform for nurturing and developing quality politicians with specialized and technical knowledge of political processes and democratic institutions and processes
2. Develop young politicians with relevant political skills, including but not limited to negotiation, team building, writing, analytical thinking, public speaking and debating.
