Mission

Ravenswood Family Health Center (RFHC) is a federally qualified health center headquartered in the low-income East Palo Alto area of San Mateo County. We provide a comprehensive scope of health care services including: dentistry, pediatrics, women’s health, adult medicine, integrated behavioral health, optometry, pharmacy, mammography, ultrasound, x-ray, lab, patient education, and enrollment. Our mission is to improve the health of the community by providing culturally sensitive, integrated primary and preventive health care to all, regardless of ability to pay or immigration status, and collaborating with community partners to address the social determinants of health. Our vision is to educate, engage and empower patients to actively manage their health and become advocates for healthy living within their families and the community, inspiring others to value that good health is true wealth.
