Mission

The Partnership for a New Phoebus is organized for the specific purpose of improving, conserving, and revitalizing the business, housing, social and economic conditions associated with the quality of life for citizens of the Phoebus area of Hampton, Virginia.

What We Do

The Partnership advocates in the best interest of the business & residential community of Phoebus to the City of Hampton. We create partnerships with state & local organizations such as Virginia Main Street, city departments, and Phoebus businesses to enhance the appeal of our arts & culture and historic district. We host three annual street festivals and other community events as well as provide needed resources to property & business owners to preserve downtown social & economic vitality.
