While many agencies express a desire to work together, few tools facilitate this. Philly Unlimited bridges this gap by not only listing services but fostering interconnectedness, strengthening support systems for those transitioning from incarceration. The app provides critical resources like free food, mental health services, and mentorship programs, supporting individuals through the phases of incarceration, transition, and reintegration. Philly Unlimited empowers returning citizens with the tools they need to rebuild their lives and succeed.
