Mission
The Pennsylvania Farmworker Project of Philadelphia Legal Assistance is dedicated to providing high quality, creative legal services, advice, and referrals for eligible low income agricultural workers in PA. Since 1996, we have been committed to educating and empowering our clients and working collectively with other advocates to achieve these goals.
What We Do
The Pennsylvania Farmworker Project (PFP) is a statewide program aimed to empower immigrant farmworkers to advocate in the workplace and disrupt exploitative employer practices. Beyond legal representation, PFP collaborates with community and governmental organizations to provide community education to seasonal and migrant farmworkers about issues related to their legal rights. PFP also runs trainings on farmworker rights with partner social service providers.
