Mission

The mission of Partners in Housing Transition is to assist formerly homeless families and families living below the poverty line through the provision of essential furnishings and household items free of charge with free in-home delivery and set up

Our work focuses on providing beds and bedding for each family member who lacks a bed and the other furniture and household essentials needed to turn an empty space into a liveable home.

Our goal is to provide families with the essential physical tools to attain self-sufficiency that will end the cycle of poverty with time and diligence.
