Mission

Our mission is to work together closely and cooperatively with Payahuunadu Tribes to advance self-sufficiency and sovereignty, protect and promote culture and traditions, increase sustainability and food security, preserve and restore land and habitat, improve water quality and increase water supply, increase Indigenous farming and ranching, improve environmental and human health conditions in the Owens Valley and Eastern Sierra, and to assist Tribes with securing water rights settlements that include land acquisition.
