What We Do

About On Lok 30th Street Senior Center:

On Lok 30th Street Senior Center began in 1979, when a small group of seniors asked for a room in the 225 30th Street building, just south of the Mission District neighborhood in San Francisco, to start a social club.

Today, our senior community center connects 6,700 older adults with each other and to programs for health and well-being:

-50+ activities, from Zumba to art classes

-Community meals and home-delivered meals, takeout meals during shelter-in-place

-Workshops for healthier living and diabetes education

-Always Active(SM) exercise and fall prevention classes

-Aging and Disability Resource Center

-Bilingual case management
