North Star Alliance's mission is to provide quality healthcare to mobile workers and the communities they interact with.

What We Do

North Star Alliance's unique cross-border model provides healthcare access to target populations, by purposely locating clinics at pre-identified hotspots along some of Africa's main transport corridors, where HIV and other communicable diseases are known to be prevalent. Our provision is aligned with global public health commitments to advance universal health coverage and reach marginalised populations. We achieve this through a comprehensive primary healthcare package, which includes screenings for non-communicable diseases and sexual and reproductive health provision, as well as a range of other services.
