Mission
No Kill Pima County (NKPC) is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization working to end any needless killing of shelter animals in Tucson and Pima County through the rigorous implementation of the No Kill Equation.What We Do
NKPC is actively working on several components of the No Kill Model to support the county shelter and the community to achieve and sustain No Kill status.Current Initiatives are direct services we provide in line with the No Kill Model:
** Lost Pets Initiative (low cost microchips and info to prevent/reunite lost pets),
**Support Options and Solutions to Keep Pets Out of Shelters (resources directory and direct support to owners),
**Each One Medical Fund (Financial support for shelter pets needing outside vet consults)
**Savehesaveable.com (helping homeless pets with special needs or long stays in shelters and rescues find home)
