Jail to Jobs: To break the cycle of recidivism, we give our youthful offenders employment-based mentoring and training along with spiritual and character development. ATXPeace: If you live in a community with violence, it affects your life every day. You want to do something about the violence. At the same time, you want the people involved to get help. You believe that solutions come from within the community and above all, you want the approach you use to work.
