Mission

The Naugatuck Valley Project is a nonprofit 501(c)3 regional organization of 17 religious congregations, local labor and housing organizations in the greater Waterbury/Naugatuck Valley region of Connecticut. Our mission is to develop indigenous leaders and unite diverse communities while building community power to affect positive change regarding economic and social justice issues of concern to improve the lives of our members and the lives of their family and friends.
