What We Do

MBKCares is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention through a variety of impactful programs and initiatives. We engage youth, families, and communities in meaningful activities like mentorship, art therapy, leadership development, and structured sports such as chess and golf. Our programs, including "Clubhouse" and "Checkmate," focus on building life skills, fostering emotional wellness, and creating safe spaces for open conversations about mental health. We also host events like "Discovering Mental Wealth" that bring together experts, advocates, and community members to support mental wellness for all generations. Additionally, MBKCares partners with local organizations to provide resources and support to those in need. Through these efforts, we aim to cultivate resilience, connection, and healing in our communities.
