We have set out to make a global movement of sharing practical techniques called Inclusion Nudges that Nudges the unconscious mind to behave inclusive and make inclusive decisions about people and business. These behavioural interventions create sustainable systemic, cultural, and behavioural changes for Inclusiveness.
What We Do
We empower organisations and institutions to create inclusive behaviour, systems, and cultures. We enable internal change agents, leaders, and teams with techniques from anthropology, behavioural economics, psychology and neuroscience, that can mitigate the negative impact of unconscious bias and leverage diversity among people for better wellbeing, performance and innovation.
