What We Do

We currently meet online due to Covid. Artists are invited to join monthly town halls or attend weekly work group meetings. We advocate for equity on the local and state levels (philanthropy, policy, rules, production).

WORKING GROUPS
Artist Workers Cooperative: a deep examination of needs of artists & how an alliance could serve us
Funding coalition workgroup: lifting the veil initiative on inequity w/ funders (BIPOC effort)
participation w/ the state arts board analysis (A Culturally diverse initiative)
Art/climate/healing workgroup: An open space for artists, activists, and culture bearers to meet, share, strategize, exchange resources, and deepen their work for climate justice and healing.

Resource sharing workgroup: resource databank; BIPOC Creatives Database (in process)
