Mission

Measuring (Excellence in) Executive Coaching, Employee Engagement, and Culture in Organizations

The MEECO Institute™ was formed in August 2016 as a 501C3 non-profit in the area of education. The MEECO Institute™ is on schedule to be an inclusive community of organizations connected across the globe around our shared interests and our deep dedication to using a futurist mindset to tackle the world’s biggest challenges related to the management of talent.

The design includes having a think tank, research, and information/ resource sharing for exploring leadership, organizational culture, and the employee experience for the future. Our goal is to partner with universities worldwide to conduct leading-edge research in the area of workforce coaching and the management of talent. The MEECO Institute offers an annual designation that distinguishes organizations that have achieved excellence through weaving executive coaching, employee enhancement, and corporate culture into the fabric of their state of being..."
