Mission

The Coffee Connection empowers women in recovery from addiction, trauma, and incarceration through an integrated nonprofit business and program. We teach life practices and job skills, reinforced on the job in our wholesale and retail coffee business that empower them in all of life. Our 2021 expansion in Rochester NY will create five times the jobs we now provide, all at a $15/hr. minimum wage.
