Life After Kidney Disease. Is a organization, that supports,others that are living with chronic kidney disease in the African American Community. Through support, education and proper nutrition, they are able to live as best as possible, despite of this horrible disease. Learning some of the causes, taking responsibility for your health, knowing diabetes and high blood pressure are the number 1 and two of this disease. With some corrective measures, could stop or help with the progression of the disease.
