Mission

LGPC is organized for charitable and educational purposes. Its objectives are:
(A) To revitalize, maintain and advocate for Leonard Gordon Park, a public park in the
City of Jersey City;
(B) To cooperate and collaborate with the City of Jersey City, community members, and
other like-minded non-profit organization for the care, maintenance and preservation of Jersey City's parks and open spaces, and
(C) To make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under
section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
