Mission

The mission of Leadership Pikes Peak is to build a thriving community through leadership and service: Engage. Enrich. Empower. Connect.

We provide community leadership programs for experienced professionals, young professionals, women, and teens. The programs range from four to ten months and are geared toward providing skills, knowledge, and connections so that their participants can serve in the community effectively. These programs have more than 2,400 graduates who, as community trustees, work to make the Pikes Peak region a wonderful place to live, work, and play.
