Mission

LUMA was founded in 2002 and since then it has been contributing to the development of our Latin American community. Our mission is to protect the rights, educate, organize and empower the immigrant community. This organization is directed primarily by Latin Americans and promotes basic services and civic participation to all Latin Americans.
