Mission

The LA Partnership for Early Childhood Investment was founded in 2003 as a public-private partnership with a mission to serve as a catalyst for systems change in early childhood: to invest in and promote solutions, practices, funding, and policies that advance the lifelong health, education and economic outcomes for LA County's most vulnerable children, age 0-5, and their families. We seek to coordinate the philanthropic community in Los Angeles County to focus resources on maximizing the way in which policies, programs, and services impact the county's youngest and most vulnerable children and their families.
