Mission

Kula Project's mission is to eradicate poverty through the development of women entrepreneurs. We believe that ongoing aid and charity will not be able to sustainably reduce poverty on its own, but the strengthening of household businesses and livelihoods will.

Kula works alongside coffee farming communities in Rwanda to improve leadership, personal development, and community support networks as well as business development to empower our fellows to build profitable businesses, raise healthy families, and send their children to school.
