Mission

Established in 1895, KCAA, originally referred to as Kindergarten and Children’s Aid Association, operates six preschools on the island of Oahu. During its over 100 year history, KCAA has served more than 100,000 children and trained hundreds of teachers of young children. Programs are offered for children ages 2 years-5 years. All of KCAA’s centers are licensed by the State of Hawaii and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). KCAA’s mission is to build a solid foundation for Hawaii’s children through excellent early education programs.
