Mission

Through group and individual mentoring, to enlighten, educate, and empower inner-city women and teen girls, especially teen and young mothers, in jeopardy of continuing the intergenerational cycle of poverty perpetuated by the following: chronic and complex trauma; low expectations of personal achievement; initial and subsequent teenage pregnancy; sexual violence; criminal justice system involvement; lack of post-secondary education and career training; unsustainable employment; substandard housing; and inadequate financial knowledge.
