The mission of JLA Trust is to ensure that children and adults with disabilities are able to obtain the highest possible quality of life by leveraging the power of the community to assist with financial security.
We provide pooled special needs trust services that offer long-term financial security through an affordable, safe harbor for private funds from family or friends without jeopardizing a beneficiary's essential government benefits such as SSI, IHSS or Medi-Cal. All pooled special needs trusts sub-accounts receive professional fiduciary oversight, and we connect beneficiaries to many community and private fee for services.
