Mission

Jewish Family Services of Greater Hartford (JFS) provides critical support to thousands of individuals each year inclusive of religion, race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, gender, and sexual orientation. We are a one-stop-shop for all basic human needs, from food, to clothing, to health, to mental health. Though JFS is rooted in Jewish traditions of community support, none of our programs are sectarian, and we serve a diverse population across Greater Hartford. We support people throughout the lifespan in all aspects of their lives.
