What We Do

Our over 25 services fit (not always nicely) into three buckets of service: Older Adult Services, i.e., we help older adults to age in place in the community
Safety Net Services, i.e., we help people to make ends meet
Mental Health Services, i.e., we help people who are experiencing mental health challenges
