Mission

Our Arizona-based organization and programs focus on building sustained political power with low-income and communities of color. We believe that every community has the inherent leadership, capacity, and resources to create its own self-determined solutions. Our mission is to accelerate and incubate organizations by focusing on leadership development, scaling electoral and advocacy programs, mobilizing voters, and building political capacity in places that are historically under-invested.
